From RèNao to YEP
YEP Champions grew out of RèNao Global, and RèNao was my baby. Its owner, Mr. Raymond Medeiros, was in Las Vegas; its director, Mr. Mel Gill, was in California; and Christina Perry supported us as a consultant, joining on Zoom from time to time. The business itself was built and launched from Dubai. I selected and evaluated both products — the Nowsite AI digital marketing system and a travel package — created the presentations, and designed the compensation plan and its percentages, which were set up in the back office. I was distributor ID 001. Within two months of the Dubai launch thousands of people had joined, and when the COVID lockdowns came we moved the whole business onto Zoom. Within months RèNao had members in 77 countries.
In December 2020 the same baby moved to a new home. Raymond, who had become my closest friend, introduced us to a good friend of his: the owner of YEP. Christina joined as well.
YEP was working on something else at the time. I brought in the AI marketing and travel packages, and we built a new back office. I also suggested the name of my own training group, Champions. The YEP owner loved it, and that is how YEP Champions was born in December 2020, with me as Global Director — Business Development (also titled Chief Lead Marketer and Global Lead Marketer). I led the technical move: I developed the software, rebuilt the genealogy, transferred the database and brought our members across to YEP. Many of our leaders from the 77 countries came with us. That is also why YEP's first presentations still carried RèNao's 3-Click Marketing slides. I created the YEP Champions branding and our own 77-slide presentation, “AUM YEP Champions”.
YEP Champions was launched live on Zoom on Saturday, 20 February 2021. On the same day I signed a formal consultant agreement with the company. From then on, weekly online seminars and a Saturday system training took the message to members in the Gulf, South Asia, South-East Asia, Africa, Europe and the USA.
